Settings views don't update when selected account is changed

- Device model: moto g fast

- What build you are using: Built from commit 5f48e8f5
Steps to reproduce

Can you reproduce the bug: at will

Steps:

Go to the Account tab

Go to any of the Settings views (Account, Media, Messages, Advanced)

Use the account drop down to change the active account

Actual result: The current Settings view is still related to the previously active account

Expected result: The Settings view should be related to the current account or changing accounts while in one of these pages should kick you back to the corresponding Account tab
Additional information
This can also be reproduced by creating a new account while in a settings view or deleting the current account on the Account settings view, as these both change the active account.
