File transfer fails when ~/Downloads/Jami does not exist

On Ubuntu 20.04 and Jami from jami.net receiving a file transfer fails when ~/Downloads/Jami does not exist: [FTP] Can't open file /home/test/Downloads/Jami/IMG_6.png
