GNOME Ring segfaults on startup after muting audio during call

Issue generated from Tuleap's migration script. Originally submitted by: Jonathan Frederickson (jfred)

* Environment:
Fedora 27, Ring GNOME client version: 1.0.0

* Reproduce steps:
Call an audio-only SIP number, mute and unmute video while in-call, then attempt to mute audio.

* Expected result:
Local audio should be muted.

* Actual result:
Ring client crashes, and segfaults upon further attempt to start the client. Call continues in the background.
