UI update issues on account state change
How to reproduce:
- Open a conversation with an enabled account: message bar is present, and "Place Audio/Video call" options are present in the popup menu (conversations view)
- Open account settings and disable this account
- Go back to the conversation:
- First issue: message bar is still present because the chat view frame was not updated. Note: switching to another conversation updates the chat view and removes the message bar.
- Second issue: "Place Audio/Video call" options are still present in the popup menu. This does not make sense because disabled accounts cannot place calls.
