High memory usage in jami-client-qt (it's back!)

• OS version: Fedora 40

• Jami version: 202411182247

• Distribution channel : jami.net

• Account-related devices: multiple

• Can you reproduce the bug: at will

Steps to reproduce (STR):

1. Launch jami with some conversations, check memory usage

• Actual result:

Jami consumes ~2.2G (13.1G of virtual memory)

• Expected result:

Should be less. 800Mo would be probably enough

We got tooling to check memory ;)

I can't run it on the release version however
