We now build a Cocoa application built on LibRingClient.
Qt bindings are working (need stabilization)

We can now log calls in history.ini in the App package

This is the standard way to add custom attributes in a plist file
with cmake. We need to set NSHighResolutionCapable to true in order
to properly render the app on Retina screens
