Full identification of incoming calls

In a context with multiple SIP accounts, there doesn't seem to be a way to tell which of the accounts is being called (at least not in the MacOS client, as of its version dated 20181124)

In the account bar, the account selected should be the one called.

Is this the case on MacOS? cc @kkostiuk?

At least it's the case on the Gnome one.

Yes, on mac OS account selection doesn't change on incoming call. I will find a place to add account information.

@ElNando888 in fact it was at the good place if all clients are affected :) You don't have to test all clients, at least we can sort the issues and moving is not a problem)
