add support for qt-client on macOS

added SprintIn progress label

the qt-client build is done on macOS

issues:

• - connection manager not implemented for macOS
• - could not change audio/video settings
• - could not change TLS protocol for a SIP account. Also the wrong tooltip
• - sometimes the app crashes when resizing the window during a video call
• - window resizing causes UI glitch. A glitch is more noticeable during a video call
• - UI changes
• - during call video has a black artifact when resizing the window
• - menu for conference participants not clickable
• - settings disappear when switching from account settings to video settings. Resizing window fix the problem
• - no notifications shown when app is not active
• - no translations from lrc
• - when toggling plugin settings, window size changes but settings are not visible. Retriggering settings fix the problem
• - configure updater for version for jami.net
• - sign version for App Store
• - sign version for jami.net

• video color fixed
• window resizing fixed
• connection manager implemented
