settingsview: LinkedDevices view refactor

1. Remove deviceModel from AccountAdapter
2. Use QSortFilterProxyModel to make sure that
   current device is always on top and the rest are
   in alphabetical order
3. Elide device name properly in DeviceItemDelegate
