1. Move accountStatusChanged and profileUpdated signals
   out from safeInit.
2. Add interrupter concept into Utils::oneShotConnect
   to avoid oneShotConnect being triggered after.
3. Add varieties of tests for wizardview including
   accounts creation tests (SIP, Jami, Rendezvous, Backup)
4. Remove uncleared stackLayoutIndex

- add QtQuickTest, QtTest and googletest support
