Mixed up cases for submenus in Settings

Under Settings > General, the submenu “Call Recording” has both words starting in upper-case, while other sub-menus titles only start with upper-case (File transfer, Location sharing…).

It looks like a sort of inconsistency throughout interface. For example, the sub-menus of Account > Advanced account settings are written in the same way (upper-cased words).
