Access to wizard during call can cause UI problems

• Account creation during a call: call is shown for the new account
• Call reception during account creation: incorrect stack views

UI bugs should be solved in https://review.jami.net/c/jami-client-qt/+/15787, but the flow combining wizard access, auto-answer and notifications needs to be defined.
