Add option to use "Enter" instead of "Shift+Enter" to send a message

Goal

• Add a setting to send message when "Shift+Enter" is pressed (so that "Enter" starts a newline)

Suggestions:

1. Create a section called Chat under General
2. Rename General to View
3. Move Typing indicators and Link preview to the newly created Chat section
4. In the Chat section, add option for Send message key in message creation/edition, eg. function keys, Shift+Enter, Enter
5. In the Chat section, add option for New line key in message creation/edition, eg. function keys, Shift+Enter, Enter

Bonjour @sblin et @ovari sur la version 202305271132, c'est toujours shift+enter plutôt qu' enter seul pour le retour ligne mais les multiples shift enter ainsi que le moteur de recherche fonctionnent.
