Improve UI when joining calls

When hovering above the Join in audio and Join in video buttons and the icons at the top right of the chat window, both have the same popup tooltip, i.e. Join call. Should the popup tooltip be different? Perhaps screen readers could also benefit from the different popup tooltips.

Suggestions:

1. In Started a call in chat, change Join in audio to Join call in audio
2. In Started a call in chat, change Join in video to Join call in video
3. (a) Telephone icon in top right of chat, change popup tooltip Join call to Join call in audio
   (b) In Started a call in chat, change popup tooltip Join call to Join call in audio
4. (a) Video icon in top right of chat, change popup tooltip Join call to Join call in video
   (b) In Started a call in chat, change popup tooltip Join call to Join call in video
5. In chat, change Started a call to Call in progress If I started a call, should I be able to join a call which I already started?

Should the Join in audio and Join in video buttons in the description above be changed to icons to be homogenized with buttons at the top in the A call is in progress banner? Below is a screenshot of how the chat and banner icons were homogenized.

These suggestions sound good to me (thanks!), but they're not related to https://review.jami.net/c/jami-client-qt/+/27456, which is a fix for a logic error in the code (independent from the UI), so I removed the reference to that patch from the description and changed the title of the issue to avoid confusion. Hope you don't mind! And thanks again for the suggestions.
