[Feature request] Conference: Allow participants to only use text chat AND Turn on/off the camera of individual attendees / "Spectate-only Mode"

However: Participants for example can't use their screen/webcam or microphone for the meeting.

As mentioned:

Don't allow other participants to enable their video or audio, but for example allow a few others real-time conversation via text-chat - this would be great for presentations

I think - at least the video part - can't be done by muting or unmuting (specific) participants.

So it would be great if Jami conference has the following option:

"Raise Your Hand" (participants): (administrator / moderator rights): The current participant can now use a webcam or microphone for a short time / as long as the admin allows - Same possibility if you (admin/moderator) permanently disable text chat so that now selected persons can use the text chat option.

I now found a different example of what I meant:

Maybe you can also select

Allow "user1" to share his screen but not a "real" camera

Allow "user2" to share his screen BUT don't allow the user to use his microphone and a "real" camera

However - moderators should be able to always use their camera and/or microphone and they should always have to option to share their screen

It should be possible for moderators to enable a "Spectate-only Mode" for individual participants. So individual participants can only view the conference (with/without audio) but are not able to use the text chat or their webcam / microphone and are not able to send files (pictures/ videos / other file types)

And a moderator should be able to select a general roule for "incoming calls from unknown contacts" - so unknown participants can join BUT only in "Spectate-only Mode".

And of course a moderator should be also able to disable all "incoming calls from unknown contacts".

And it would be great if moderators were able to choose which video input individual participants can use. For example if one user has 3 webcams he should be able to just show his second webcam.
