List each element in `Contact details` on a separate row

Steps to reproduce (STR)

1. Right-click on 1:1 contact
2. Select "Contact details"

Actual result

1. Display name can be truncated, ending with …
2. Identifier/fingerprint can be superimposed over QR code
3. Maybe QR code won't work if identifier/fingerprint is superimposed over QR code

Expected result

1. Profile picture (aka avatar) shown as a separate row like the currently listed Identifier.
2. If set, Display name shown as a separate row like the currently listed Identifier.
3. If registered, Username shown as a separate row like the currently listed Identifier.
4. Rename Identifier to Fingerprint.
5. QR code shown as a separate row like the currently listed Identifier.
6. Names vertically aligned in the middle. Unfortunately valign="middle" does not seem to work in GitLab.
