jami installer comes with outdated c++ redist version

• OS version: 10 pro 22H2

• Jami version: the current latest as of middle of october, don't remember, i uninstalled it once i saw what i did, forgot to note the version number

• Distribution channel : [Jami.net]

• Account-related devices: [multiple]

• Can you reproduce the bug: [at will]

Steps to reproduce (STR):

1. download it from jami.net
2. run the installer til finish
3. get crashed obs once c++ finished installing from jami exe

• Actual result:
• OBS studio stops functioning due to outdated C++ distributables version and earlier version crashed with unskippable error notice rivatuner part of msi afterburner
• Expected result: no c++ related issues regarding other coexisting programs
