Link device: let know camera is disabled

Not sure if it's possible or related:

But what happens if you are using the same webcam already at the same time because you've gone to open settings -> media -> video and the video preview of this webcam is shown and/ or if the webcam is already used in one or many call(s)?

Also you can go to open settings -> account -> advanced settings and you can enable or disable the video (of a call)? Does this change anything when it comes to this issue?

If there is no camera on a device, should the text not show and the window height be reduced?

Yes - this text should not be shown - And maybe a text like "connect a camera to proceed" (keep in mind this mean you can also use a virtual webcam).

A camera is not required to proceed as the authentication code can be entered manually.

The text could be No camera device, to be consistent with No video device.
