Done for Fedora 32/33 (see: https://review.jami.net/c/ring-project/+/17340). RHEL8 lacks Qt 5.14 so this won't be easy. OpenSUSE should be straightforward to adapt; perhaps we could share the same spec files and add conditionals if the differences are small.
