Client-qt: Migration to 6.2 - UI issues

Detected regressions with Qt 6.2:

Fixed:

• badge notifications in the smartlist is misplaced
• In video settings, combobox are not working

• Mute issues (check rebase). Can't mute in a conference
• Audio recorder doesn't work (https://review.jami.net/c/jami-client-qt/+/19885)
• Share screen is bugguy
• Share screen scrollbar doesn't work
• dbus is broken (messageReceived/conversationLoaded/no preview when starting a call/incoming call view not showing)
• Bad focus on Participants informations during a conference (can't click on mute/maximize)

• Fullscreen transitions a bit bugguy with media messages
• Call view: Bad focus on button. Ex: can't click on mute mic if mouse is on top of the tooltip (https://review.jami.net/c/jami-client-qt/+/20140)
• Chatview: no right click on text messages (At least copy should be there)
• Make window not flicker during resiz - seems solved by vulkan - however https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-99684 & https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-96405 (opengl fixed in 6.2.3)
