Jami becomes unresponsive when setting up a webcam with a resolution higher than 720p

Can you reproduce the bug: at will

Steps:
- Open Jami.
- click on the settings button at the top of the Jami window, next to the account info.
- Click on Audio/Video.
- The preview camera shows the message "no video" and choosing any quality doesn't do anything.
- Jami hangs when clicking on the X button at the top left to close the settings window.
- The window becomes unresponsive and I have to force its closure.

Actual result: The high resolution camera can't be used.

Expected result: To be able to select a quality higher than 720p for videocalls.
I was unable to retrieve the logs.
