Homogenize 1:1 and conferences

But I think in the future all calls will be conferences and 1:1 calls won't exist anymore? So this is a wontfix?

with swarm and multi swarm all call will be conferences and 1:1 will not make sense at one point (except SIP accounts)
Yeah this issue can be closed, as splitted in multiple location (homogeneize multi-stream/hand raised/etc)
call-swarm will changes a lot of things and the first step is to add it to groups first. After that, we can think about updating 1:1 with the new calls techniques or to generate a layout for 1:1 calls with informations that are, for now only transmitted when a video-mixer is present.
It's planned, but the way to do is not clear. We will write detailled tickets in time.
