Show potential contacts on same network

Scenario

  • Enable peer discovery on 2 devices on a network supporting UDP broadcasts
  • Daemon will see themselves

Expected

In the client, we should know accounts with peerDiscovery enabled to improve features in a LAN without internet access.

Design

None yet, but I think the best would be a third tab in the left panel (Conversations, Invite, LAN discovery) where the third is shown only if some people are discovered.
