the first page of new ring account creation was provided
a photobooth to set a profile photo. However this functionality
was only accessible by clicking on the placeholder avatar,
making it a practically hidden functionality.
this patch makes the photobooth appear directly on this page.

If an id was displayed in double (if bestName == bestId)
the bestId is now hidden.

The API of registeredNameFound was changed in the LRC resulting
in a signal not beeing connected in the account wizard.
The slot receiving the signal is updating the registered name search
status.

the buttons back and config were shown on the overlay
in full screen. However due the the preemption of the full screen
mode, they seem to have no effect for the user, but changes the page
in background.
Thus when in full screen, these buttons are hidden.

the initial comportment was to fallback to welcome page
anytime the current tab was changed.
this action has no effect on the stacked widget anymore,
only clicking a particular item will trigger a page change.

incoming and outgoing calls were crashing due to
wrong model invocation, this patch resolves this issue
and brings more sanitation of the QModelIndexes transiting
through the client.

Colors of text bubbles are modified to improve consistency with the
other clients. We now use the same colors that were introduces by the
UWP client.

Moreover, the hover effect in the chat view has been removed as it is
not useful.

Now, the same conditions than on macOS are used to decide if the
“Invite” button is displayed or not for a specific contact method.

Moreover, in the case of a contact with multiple contact methods, any
change of the current selection is tracked and reflected on the button
visibility.

some labels were formated and styled using HTML,

Qt loads only one specific file with QTranslate.load().
So if for example locale name is 'fr_CA', only this specific
translation will be loaded, but not 'fr', that may contains
usefull generic translations not given by lang_country one.

This patch fixes that by loading language code only fist
then 'language_COUNTRY' one.

This mention was supposed to be the client version which is not
related to daemon or lrc version. It was misleading as this wasn't
clearly indicated.

Moreover, indicating a non-zero major number is not correct as Ring is
not considered to be stable yet.

duplication was occuring in the smartlist whenever a contact method
was added from the searchbar. This was due to  the use of

Bringing Ring's window to front when clicking on an incoming message
notification was only working in the case where the window was
minimized. It is now also working when it is just left behind another
application.

Tabs are now smaller and use icons instead of text for "Conversations"
and "Contact requests" tabs. It gives a better looking UI and room for
 additional pages.

Moreover, tab switching was giving inconsistencies in many situations
between item selected on the left and what is displayed on the right
panel. Showing or hiding a widget on the right panel now depends on
the selection model of the list on the left. Consequently, clicking on
a back button now deselects the item on the left which is what switches
the view back to the welcome page.

The account deletion was performed by solely clicking the bin icon
in the configuration account panel of a selected account.
This was done without warning nor confirmation.

This patch moves the dedicated button to the account list bottom
as in the other desktop clients, and adds a confimation popup,
summarising the account identifiers (in order, alias, registered name,
ringID), and displays a warning about losing the account in case
it hasn't been exported or added to another device.
