Fix the ACCOUNTS loading. Now has a new file format. 

The account section as:
[SIP0]
Blah1=1
Blah2=2

It now looks like:
[Account:4jd82]
Blah1=1
Blah2=2
Account.type=IAX|SIP

etc..

Backup your ~/.sflphone/sflphonedrc file.
