Update to Build notes, update to Downloads.
Fix AsciiDoc macros.

Fixed the arrow in the content/images too.

Moved images from doc/images to www/images since they are backend specific, and
need not be sitted beside the actual documentation (the 'NOTE' icon might
not be taken from the same place when rendered to a PDF later).

That way, we'll be able to use those icons elsewhere on the website, without
fetching them from the repository. They aren't going to be updated, also,
and thus don't need versioning very much.

Tiny fix for Build.txt

We can now retrieve files from the git repository without passing them
through `asciidoc`. This allows us to retrieve images, etc..

- Attempt to implement image rendering.

Added -d book to the asciidoc call.

The contents of the website will be stored in doc/, because they are actually
documentation.

Added needed images. Update of Git_Access.txt, demo page.

Added templates/page_modules.php, which show the very simple approach to
 content management.

Added header/footer

Fix stylesheet, miam miam.

Corrected behavior to show the file. Remove header and footer. Needs to be
added to a local .css file.

Git_Access: add information about how to autoreconf --install.
