communication in a local network without internet does not work anymore
using the newest beta versions of all clients
I am using three devices: Huawei Y9 2019 (EMUI 9.1), Mate 20 Pro (Hotspot; useracount 1(same like Desktop)) and Desktop Windows 10(useracount 1(same like Android)
- You've enabled "Enable local peer discovery" on all devices
- Turn off mobile data and use the hotspot of the Mate 20 Pro without internet
You want to make a call Mate 20 Pro → Desktop - However if you tab the (desktop) contact you'll get the error message of Jami "no Network connivity) - If you still try to make a call it will fail
similar issue: If you now try to make a call Mate 20 Pro → Huwaei Y9 2019 - the phone (Mate 20 Pro) will show the (system) error message "Unable to start call. A call is already in progress" (You have to tap the back button (because the message will stay there forever?))
Now the other direction: You want to make a call Desktop → Mate 20 Pro - it takes like 20 seconds or even longer but you'll receive the call on Android (Mate 20 Pro) However: After 1 Minute the desktop client will also show "no network connectivity"
-- Sending messages will never work
If I use the WiFi of a router (without internet) also nothing works - In past I had no issues if I use two Android devices without internet
