Random call drops

In many cases the call drops (ends) unexpectedly without obvious reasons.

changed milestone to %Iteration 18

@aberaud I thought a bit about it yesterday, and in fact I think it can be related to https://review.jami.net/c/ring-daemon/+/14548

Got the same issue with file transfers where some packets were mixed.

Will see if I can reproduce
