jams-react-client: fix default color when enabling background · 4a747b90

At the moment, when you enable a custom background for a blueprint, it
generates an invalid JSON where the color is undefined

This updates CustomUiPreview to look like the new welcome screen. This
also adds new customization features, such as the color and transparency
of the tip boxes and main box. It also adds a default settings button.
