cannot change camera in settings after making a call (without saving)

Issue generated from Tuleap's migration script. Originally submitted by: Stepan Salenikovich (ssalenik)

When first launching (gnome) Ring, going into the media settings and selecting a different camera changes the camera immediately. After making a call, this is no longer the case. The user is then required to first save the settings to see the effect of changing the camera.

This is likely either a client or lrc bug.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
