Typing indicator support

Daemon 7.9.0 supports typing indicators with direct p2p connections, so now, clients can show "... is typing..." and this should be implemented

Note: this option should be configurable. If not active, typing indications will not be sent or received

Say:
A has activated sending typing indicator support
B has deactivated sending typing indicator support

It currently sounds like both A and B will not see any typing indicator.

Would this scenario be better:

1. A will not see any typing indication when B is typing
2. B will see typing indication when A is typing

What do you think?

No, because this scenario encourages B to just disable that feature to avoid to send typing indication to A, but to follow A typing.

If someone disable typing indications, it will be for incoming and outgoing indications.

If A,B,C are in a conversation and B does that, A,C can see their notifications.
