Not sure if this is intentional or not, but there doesn't seem to be a way to share the computer output along with a screen share. This is important for sharing videos and other things that require audio.

using just Jami: Sometimes you can select an audio / microphone input device by clicking on something like "stereomix realtek high definition". Now your internal audio will be heard by Person B, C, etc. .
If you want to play multiple audio sources (internal audio AND your microphone at the same time) or you can't see any input device that allows you to stream your internal audio (you just see "real" microphones) you need a virtual audio device such as "Voicemeeter Banana" (Link: https://vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/banana.htm ).
Can something like the Share audio (Hang megosztása in Hungarian) checkbox when sharing a tab with the Chromium web-browser (as shown in the image below) be implemented in Jami?
Please advise if you would like a screenshot of Jitsi Meet with Chromium in English.
Would this enable the computer audio and the computer microphone sound to be shared concurrently?
Thank you
@El4 the software you mentioned does not seem to work with GNU/Linux or macOS and is neither libre/free nor open-source. Could OBS Studio be a solution? Thank you
@ovari OBS Studio is not a good solution since the virtual cam can't capture / stream audio (until now). And I hope the developers of Jami will fix the video lag (as mentioned no issues if I use Element -same settings; Link: https://element.io/ ).
"Voicemeeter Banana" is actually free to use it's a Donationware which means you CAN donate money if you want but you don't need to buy it - You have full funtionality by default.
regarding linux: maybe you can use JACK (virtual soundcard); Link: https://jackaudio.org/
