[Swarm] Message not received (only if you return to contact list)

using Jami Windows 10 Version 202112221635 (no beta version) and Jami Android (Version, 20211210-01 beta)

using your own account from the contact list (all Jami accounts in the contact list were deleted and added again so you have "Is swarm: True")

Steps to reproduce

Windows 10: You send the text message "Test 5": but you don't receive any message on your mobile phone( Android) if you view the chat.

BUT if you return back to the contact list and select the contact again you suddenly receive the message of the Windows 10 Account if you view the chat list again.

Same issue if you send a message Android -> Windows 10

EDIT: Seems to work once you returned to the chat list (No need to return to contact again) but still same issue if you close the app and start Jami again.

EDIT 2: Seems to happen randomly.
