[Feature request] Jami Conference: Allow to show your video content just selected users

It would be great if a user (example user A) could select that not all participants can view the video of the webcam (facecam) / other webcams and/or his screen.
So for example user B,C can view User A, and user D can just hear user A. Or user E, F can just view the screen of user A without Audio; user G can view the screen and facecam of user A with audio.
However, moderators should have full control of the user permissions. See: #1349 (moved)

Seems a overkill feature and I don't see a usable use-case for this.
If you don't want some to see the video, ideally just cut the video, it will be less error-prone. Cause such a feature would require to check carefully that you didn't forget someone.
What about new-comers in the video, would they see the video? If so, you need to cut the permission immediately, else you probably forget or give the permission to someone with a wrong click.
Also I don't see how it would be technically doable
Well ... at least it would be great if you were able to disable the video of other users if you are the host (for all: 1:1 calls, Conference, Swarm-Calls; like: #1349 (moved) )

I don't see a usable use-case for this.
I actually could imagine a situation where you might need this.
If you use Jami in a hospital and you share the screen or a file that shows blood test results just some persons (of the hospital) should view this file but everyone (for example also friends / relatives of you) wants to discuss the results (at the same time; without having to make different calls).
But if it's an overkill maybe someone can create a plugin if he wants to?
