Contact in the contact list disappears after some time if you don't communicate anymore?

I once added a contact in my contact list. Since then I've never made any call again or tried to send text messages (with / without attachments).

After a few weeks the contact is not in the contact list anymore (and the contact didn't remove / block me)

Is this a wanted behaviour or is it actually a bug?

If it's a wanted behaviour how can you change this setting?

in nearly 6 years, I never saw this and it's indeed a bug (with a scenario needed)

I actually added a friend ~2 months ago (or even longer?). But since then I never used Jami (again) to communicate with a friend (I used other apps)

Not sure if this has anything to do with this issue?:

I wanted to switch to swarm (because a friend still used Non-Swarm).

These were the steps (maybe?, perhaps something is missing):

Person A (friend) Person B (me)

This time only Android <-> Android (no other devices used; the Windows 10 pc was turned off)

1. Person A uses Android but never removed the contact (Person B) since Swarm: Is-False; same Person B?
2. Person B starts to remove (delete!) Person A from the contact list
3. Now Person A does the same (removes Person B) from the Android device
4. Now Person B scans the qr-code an adds Person A to the contact list (again)
5. Sending text messages Person A <-> Person B now works

Windows 10 - Android

1. However - Person A still had "Swarm: Is-False" on Windows 10 (desktop version)
2. So Person A starts Jami and deletes Person B from the contact list
3. Now I'm not sure how Person A gots Person B in the contact list but I think Person A just searched the username?

EDIT: After some time (months?) suddenly both - at least on Android the contact in the contact list is gone

A second issue?

I disabled my own account on Windows 10.

I started Jami (Android version) and exit

1. Now I enter Jami on Windows 10.
2. I enable my account (now same like Android)
3. Jami (Windows 10) will update the contact list (the Android contacts will be used for the Windows 10 version of Jami) and therefore removes Person A

Althogh Jami (Android) is closed you have synced contacts (Windows 10)?
