Monitor Jami reliability

• Write script that place calls or send text and mesure failure rate
• Setup infrastructure to monitor call/text message success rate

It may be good to also have a button for users in the clients, for them to manually trigger one round of the test sequence from their devices and network locations.

Seems like a great idea ! I'll keep it in mind but for know we need something linked to the core of Jami and more stable. In the meantime, we are working on having a send feedback button on user end. Thank you !
