Enable multiple instances of Jami to be running

Can a --secondary switch please be added to Jami to allow multiple instances of Jami to be running.

Skype has had the feature for a very long time and there have been times when this has been very handy. We had used the /secondary switch in Skype which has now been changed to the --secondary switch.
