[Desktop] Option to have a Window per Chat

Would be great to have an option that would allow users to have a Window per Chat/conversation instead of one window that has all the Conversations in it.

The biggest gain with this is notifications! When a user starts a chat with you, a new window is opened on the taskbar (e.g.: blinking) that gets user's attention. It's also benefic to have them separated on taskbar as it avoids errors.

This is very useful in business cases (at least where i work ;)
