This commit makes use of the virtual env in the `docs` target. This way, all users have to do to build the documentation is run `make docs`. Change-Id: I5c4855d9d0a3fbbfeea53c568f3d9dc6de10ddd5 Tuleap: #636

Synchronization via submodules of the repositories of https://ring.cx/ to states in which they work together + scripts to build for each platform easily.
Documentation on using the make-ring.py script can be found on ring.readthedocs.org.
You may also build the documentation yourself with make docs. The documentation will be built in docs/build/html/.
