This commit adds the new KeySpec in the Pht constructor signature so that all
keys used inside a same PHT structure have the same maximal length.

In case this is inexact match lookup and we end up on an empty leaf (diffrent
than the root), the search goes on in the leaf's sibling subtree.

Add -DOPENDHT_STATIC=Off to disable static library build,
add -DOPENDHT_SHARED=Off to disable shared library build.

Running dhtnode with -d will make it detach and fork.
Add an argument to -v to log to a file instead of stdio.
