Add `Add call`, `Merge calls`, `Swap`, `Private` buttons to Jami

An incoming call should have addition options to merge and swap if there is a current call in progress. This option should be in the system pop-up as well as in the Jami window.

@ovari in current version, in a call, you can add participants from your contact list or another call to the current call. So 'Add call' and 'merge call' is already possible.

Not sure to understand what is 'Swap' or 'Private' in our context.

Swap calls example

1. Say you are currently in a call with Kris.
2. Cindy is on HOLD.
3. Swap enables you to put the call with Kris on HOLD and talk with Cindy. If there are more than 1 person on hold, then a list of people who are on hold would show to select the person to swap the call with.

Private example (only applicable for Conference calls)

• You can speak privately (one-on-one) with one of the callers in a conference. Tap Conference, and then tap Private next to the caller you want to go hush-hush with. Tap Merge Calls to bring the caller back into the Conference so everyone can hear him or her.

Do you want new issues to be created for Swap and Private?

There is only one active call, so Swap is already the case (If you call Kriss with Cindy on Hold, and then go to Cindy call and click on play, this will Hold the call with Kriss)

Private, you are still able to call Someone in one to one (the conference will be in hold), and when you want merge the call to the conference.

So for me there is no new scenario for now.
