Video plugins do not work on sent video

• Device model: Galaxy A14
• Android version: 13

Steps to reproduce

• Can you reproduce the bug: at will

• Steps:

  1. Install Watermark plugin
  2. Set Watermark plugin to Sent video
  3. Start video call
  4. Enable Watermark plugin

• Actual result: No watermark appears on the sent video

• Expected result: It does so

Additional information

When set to received video, the plugin works as expected
