Incoming calls shown as a notification to be less intrusive

When an incoming call arrives on Android TV, whatever we are doing on the device (watching a video or playing a game) is abruptly interrupted by the whole screen of the Jami incoming call, so isn't it better if you implement instead a notification to appear at the top right of the screen to inform the user about that call without stopping whatever we do at the moment.

Speaking of notifications, starting with Android TV 8, Google implemented a notification system with a icon and number that appears next to the "settings cog" and I wonder if Jami can take advantage of this notification system to inform the user about missed calls.

This is a feature request made by me two years ago with a different username, I just hope you take into account for a not too distant future

@branches78 I think the Android client still has many bugs and progress is slow when it comes to fix bugs or introducing new features ...
