Screen share, Hand up, Fullscreen buttons

There is a keyboard shortcut F11 = Toggle fullscreen

Would you please enable full screen using buttons/menu.

The button could be similar to the "Add" button

In fact I have a patch improving the current call view. The future current call view will looks like jitsi, and I agree, a button should be added to share the screen / monitor

Please note that the Jitsi image shows a call with the audio service enabled. The video service is turn off; yet there is a button (ltr third button in the bottom center) to turn on the video service during a call with only the audio service enabled.

Jitsi doesn't do a video call. But I will answer in another issue
