Two different icons for pause and un-pause actions during call

Currently there is only one icon for these two different actions: pause and un-pause a call. This contributes to a bad UX for the "pause call" feature.

We could maybe consider doing like the recording icon: keep the same icon, but blink when call is paused?

Perhaps change it to a right pointing triangle, like in VLC

In fact, I don't know when it was broken, but there is already a button when hold. The image displayed should be ic_play_arrow_white_24px.svg in the pixmap directory.
