Arabic layout improvements

1. Should the elements in the image below be interchanged in RTL languages?

2. In Keyboard shortcuts should:
   (a) description and keyboard shortcut be interchanged?
   (b) the page numbers be 1 to 5 from RTL?

3. Changing language to Arabic and then back to English, the Downloads is in the wrong location.
   (a) Before
   
   (b) After

4. Changed to Arabic and then back to English. The there are items which stay as Arabic.

Edit: Seems to have just updated to English as Swarm created after clicking on the contact and waiting about 30 seconds.

5. Changed to Arabic and then back to English. If the last interaction with a contact is Missed outgoing call it is in Arabic in the Conversations list. Clicking on the contact in the conversations list then changed the text to English.

Can the text please be updated to English when the languages is updated?

I was able to reproduce point 3, but is seems to be a QT Bug, most likely it is related to https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-113285

1. Unfortunately, bug is still reproducible.
   
2. Workaround: Restore the Jami window (changing the size) by clicking on the middle button in the top right of the Jami window

As aline said it's a qt bug she linked. We can't really do anything for this as it's correct after any resize event (you can just resize one pixel and it will be re-calculated correctly)
