Arabic layout in windows app not usable!

First! the app is awesome thank you for your hard work,

as the title the arabic layout is bad please fix it and here screenshot

and i have experience many crashes on the android app during video call please fix thanks

Should the elements in the image below be interchanged in RTL languages?

In Keyboard shortcuts should:

1. description and keyboard shortcut be interchanged?
2. the page numbers be 1 to 5 from RTL?

Changing language to Arabic and then back to English, the Downloads is in the wrong location.
