[SIP] 2. Remove "Show more"/"Show less" button next to "Add emoji"

Currently the formatting toolbar shows in SIP accounts.

Should the formatting toolbar be available for SIP accounts? Or should the formatting toolbar always be hidden?

I thought if you use a SIP account you can use a VoIP provider?

It is understood that you can send plaintext messages and emojis; however, richtext is not supported with SMS. That is an MMS feature that is not widely supported.

Does Jami also support SMS and/or MMS?

I think only VOIP telephony?

For SIP account, the chat shows the following toolbar

For sip, I think it's ok. The markdown format is easy to read in plain text. Lot of people use it in mail without preview. So even if not supported, it's pretty ok to read it.

Does Jami support SMS (or MMS) sending / receiving? (Of course your provider has to support this option too)

Should the vertical ellipsis be removed?

Seems to have a Show less popup when there is no less to show.

Clicking on the vertical ellipsis toggles between Show more and Show less; however, there is no change.
