Localization feature needs to be polished

There is some aspects to improve :

• Icons telling you are sending/ receiving localization is a bit overloaded #1200
• Localization window should not be completely hide-able #1202
• Add ESC shortcut to exit full screen #1203 (closed)
• Share localization between different contacts is buggy #1204
  • Overlapping
  • Empty button
• Inconsistency in what localization button does #1205
• Center localization view on self doesn't work 100% #1206
