split-view handle render issues
The split-view handle hit rects are thicker than the rendered border, however, the hit rects are not currently transparent overlays and should be.

containmentMaskproperty Component of an Item set as the Handle can be used to modify the size of the handle without affecting its visual representation (see https://doc.qt.io/qt-6.5/qml-qtquick-controls-splitview.html#handle-prop).mentioned in commit 5b92e470
